Choose a lighter clone plan with blob:none, shallow and submodule options, reviewed before it starts.
FluxGit brings partial clone, sparse checkout, focused branch filtering and performance-conscious refresh so large repositories and monorepos stay lighter and faster to navigate.
Full clones of huge repositories are heavy, and hundreds of branches turn the UI into noise. Developers need to scope what they fetch and what they see.
Monorepo workflows are in beta and depend on remote support: partial clone needs a compatible remote, and partial clone on local Windows is blocked with a controlled message. Validate against your real large repositories.

Clone and refresh decisions are local-first and explicit. FluxGit does not send repository contents while planning a clone.
